What should I do right now if my drive is failing?

How long does data recovery take?
Simple transfers and copies are often same-day. Recovery from a failing drive can take longer because it has to be imaged slowly and carefully ā we'll give you a realistic estimate at drop-off.
Can you move everything to my new computer or phone?
Yes ā that's a flat $20. Bring both devices (or the old drive) and we'll transfer your files, photos, contacts and settings and verify it all before pickup.
