We Have Multiple Shipping Options (FedEx, Canada Post, Local Pickup)<br><br>Pickup location is in Brampton, Ontario<br>* If you chose to pickup we will send you the pickup address.

We provide shipping to USA and Canada Only.

We do not accept returns because of the nature of the products.

We provide a 5-day warranty on our items.<br>If an item is defective, we will exchange it within 5 day's from when you receive it.<br>There will be no exceptions to this unless otherwise noted.

The customer is responsible for shipping the item back and paying** any fees (Duty Fees***)<br>If the product is indeed found defective, we will ship back a replacement product or exchange* to you at our cost.<br>If the product is not found to be defective, there will be a shipping fee to send it back.<br>*We can only exchange your item for a product of equal or greater value.<br>**Any fees for return shipments will be charged directly to your payment method details you provided.<br>** It is recommended you do not ship via UPS as they have high Duty Fees.

Normally ordered are processed same business day.<br>We try to ship out your order within 1-3 business days.<br><br>If you order something that requires customizing or setup it may take a bit longer to ship.
